The problem we set out to solve
If you're a designer, architect, or realtor, you know the loop. You sketch a floor plan. You model it in 3ds Max or Revit. You bake textures. You send it to a render farm. You wait. The client wants changes. You wait again. Three weeks pass. The deal goes cold.
This is how 90% of the industry still works in 2026. It made sense when render times were measured in hours. It doesn't make sense anymore.
What we built
NEK runs on Unreal Engine 5 — the same technology behind feature films and AAA games. But instead of being a game development tool, we wrapped it in a workflow designed for property professionals.
You import a floor plan. You add finishes. You walk through the result in real time, on your laptop, at 60 frames per second. Your client sits next to you and watches it evolve in real time. No render queue. No waiting.
Where we are today
NEK is built in Yerevan, Armenia, with first deployments at Grandshin LLC and other residential developers in the region. We're in beta — adding features weekly based on what designers and realtors actually need.
Our goal isn't to replace your taste, your judgment, or your skill. It's to remove the friction between your imagination and your client's eyes.
