About NEK

Built for designers, by designers.

We're a small team in Yerevan building the visualization platform we always wished existed. No render farms. No file conversions. Just design — at the speed of imagination.

NEK started in 2024 with a simple question: "Why does it still take three weeks to show a client what their apartment will look like?"

The problem we set out to solve

If you're a designer, architect, or realtor, you know the loop. You sketch a floor plan. You model it in 3ds Max or Revit. You bake textures. You send it to a render farm. You wait. The client wants changes. You wait again. Three weeks pass. The deal goes cold.

This is how 90% of the industry still works in 2026. It made sense when render times were measured in hours. It doesn't make sense anymore.

What we built

NEK runs on Unreal Engine 5 — the same technology behind feature films and AAA games. But instead of being a game development tool, we wrapped it in a workflow designed for property professionals.

You import a floor plan. You add finishes. You walk through the result in real time, on your laptop, at 60 frames per second. Your client sits next to you and watches it evolve in real time. No render queue. No waiting.

Where we are today

NEK is built in Yerevan, Armenia, with first deployments at Grandshin LLC and other residential developers in the region. We're in beta — adding features weekly based on what designers and realtors actually need.

Our goal isn't to replace your taste, your judgment, or your skill. It's to remove the friction between your imagination and your client's eyes.

What we believe

Three principles that shape every decision.

01

Real-time or it doesn't count

If a change takes more than a second to see, the design conversation breaks. Every feature in NEK is built around the principle of immediate visual feedback.

02

AI is a co-designer, not autopilot

AI helps you go faster. It suggests, completes, recommends. But you make the final call — every time. Your taste is the product. We protect it.

03

Built where it's used

We're in Yerevan because we want to be close to real designers, real developers, real buyers. We build, ship, and listen — every week.

Founder's note

Twenty-five years in 3D, motion capture, animation — and I kept seeing the same gap. Beautiful renders that take forever. Real-time engines that nobody in real estate knows how to use. NEK closes that gap.
